Inner side of water bottle will definitely change color into black and you need to wash it with vinegar and salt as a traditional method or In Modern day vim has introduced "shuddham" spray which is very easy to use just spray and wait for 2-3 minutes and you are free to use as the original finish. This is available on amazon too. It needs to be washed with a soft yellow sponge only.
